My sisters and I are always trying new ways to workout and new games we can play to get a workout. Life isn't always convenent and we have to be creative. As woman are scheduale for the most part are not clocked in and out. So with are beautiful children and house's to be cleaned and laundry to be done here are some ways to once agian do it all! hehee.
